Instructor's Manual

Swimming in preschool educational institutions

Introduction.

A game is a conscious activity in which the ability to analyze and draw correct conclusions is manifested and developed. The elementary motor skills acquired by the players are not only relatively easily rebuilt with subsequent, more in-depth and complicated movement techniques, but also facilitate their mastery.

Learning to swim is associated with the need to overcome the fear of water and self-doubt. Therefore, properly organized swimming lessons contribute to the development of such qualities as courage, determination, and perseverance. Swimming lessons are usually held in groups or subgroups, which contributes to the formation of a sense of camaraderie, friendship, and collectivism.

Yoke, like competition, increases the emotionality of swimming, being a good means of switching from monotonous, monotonous movements characteristic of swimming. During the game, subject material is repeated many times in its various combinations and forms. Therefore, the game method must be applied from the first lessons.

Games in swimming lessons are used strictly purposefully, taking into account the specific objectives of each lesson, its content, in close connection with all the educational material studied in the lessons.

The manual consists of several sections. First section consists of games and play exercises aimed at familiarizing children with the properties of water. Which teach children not to be afraid of water, to perform basic movements in water (walking, running, throwing objects), to dive under water, to overcome water resistance.

Second section consists of games and play exercises that teach breathing (holding your breath while inhaling), these exercises for a child are not as simple as it seems to an adult. This element is present in all preparatory exercises. Holding your breath while inhaling should be taught in the gym (or near the side).

Third section consists of games and play exercises that teach diving and ascent. These exercises contribute to the development of an unsupported position in the water (the exercise is performed in two versions: the first - standing still, the second - in motion).

Fourth sectionconsists of games to familiarize yourself with sliding on your chest. These exercises help preschoolers create a sense of body movement in water. This element is present in all exercises; it is important that children learn how to perform it correctly and remember the required conditions. Having learned to perform the exercise by pushing off the side, children can perform it by pushing off from the bottom of the pool with both legs at the same time.

And the fifth final sectionconsists of games and play exercises that promote the acquisition of swimming skills. The purpose of this stage is to teach children basic swimming methods: front and back crawl, back and front breaststroke, and individual elements of the dolphin method.

Classes are conducted in a playful way. Whenever there is any problem in mastering new movements, playing can be the only remedy to solve these problems.

1 section.

Waves on the sea

Game Objective : introduce water resistance.

Description : participants stand facing in a circle at arm's length. Hands are separated to the right (left), lie on the surface of the water, palms are turned in the direction of movement of the hands. Simultaneously with the rotation of the body, children bring their hands above the very surface of the water in the opposite direction - waves are formed. The movement continues continuously, first in one direction, then in the other.

Rules : Do not let your hands go deep into the water.

Guidelines. To perform the exercise at the same time, children say “Uh-uh, uh-uh” out loud.

Carousels (option 1)

Game objective: teach children to move in circles and not be afraid of water.

Description : children stand in a circle and join hands. At the teacher’s signal, they begin to move in a circle, gradually accelerating their pace. Together with the teacher, the children say:

Barely, barely

The carousels spun

And then, then, then -

Everybody run, run, run!

Children run in circles. Then the teacher says:“Hush, hush, don’t rush, stop the carousel! One-two, one-two, the game is over.”The children stop.

Rules: perform movements in accordance with the text, do not pull your friend.

Carousels (option 2)

Game objective: promote development with water, walking and running in water.

Description: holding hands, the children form a circle. At a signal, they begin to move in a circle, gradually speeding up their pace. While moving in a circle, the players say in chorus:

Barely, barely

The carousels spun

And then, then, then -

Everybody run, run, run!

After which the children run in a circle (1-2 circles).

Then the teacher says:Hush, hush, don't rush, stop the carousel! The children gradually slow down and say, “The game is over. Stop – once and twice” they stop.

The game is repeated with movement in the opposite direction.

Rules : You can’t let go of your hands and fall into the water.

Methodical instructions. The depth of water can be increased by explaining with an example that the resistance of water during movement increases the more the more of the surface of the body is under water.

Angry fish

Game objective: to teach children to move boldly in the water, change direction, and speed of movement

Description: the teacher or one of the children portrays an angry fish. She is located on the opposite side, the children quietly approach her, and the teacher speaks at this time

The angry fish lies quietly

The angry fish is probably sleeping.

Let's go to her and wake her up

And let's see what happens.

The fish begins to catch the children, the children run away, the fish chases them. Then the fish returns to its place. The game is repeated with a new driver.

Rules: perform movements in accordance with the text, running away from the angry fish, do not push each other.

Methodical instructions. The first time the angry fish may be the teacher. You should not quickly run after your children. We must give them the opportunity to escape to their place. With repeated repetition, you can catch up with children.

Grasshoppers

Game objective: develop navigation skills in water.

Description: The players are located on the same line in the specified part of the pool. At a signal, they begin to move forward by jumping on both legs, trying to reach the established landmark as quickly as possible.

Rules: Children should start moving before the signal is given, interfere with each other, and start running or walking.

Methodical instructions. To complicate the conditions of movement, you can change the position of your hands. It can be arbitrary or determined by a game task.

We are funny guys

Goal: to teach children to move energetically in the water in different directions.

Progress of the game: children walk in a circle, in the middle there is a driver, appointed or chosen by the children. The children recite the text in chorus:

We are funny guys

We love to swim and dive.

Well, try to catch up with us!

One, two, three - catch it!

After the word “catch!” the children run away, and the driver catches up. The game ends when he catches up with 2-3-4 players. When the game is repeated, a new driver is selected.

Flying rings

Tasks: teach children to act in unusual conditions; help you get comfortable in the water.

Description: children stand in two ranks facing each other at a distance of 2-3 m. The players in one of the ranks have rings (diameter 15-25 cm) made of hollow rubber in their hands. At the teacher’s signal, the children throw the rings with one hand to the players standing opposite. They catch the rings and, as quickly as they can, return them to their partners, etc. There is a shootout in pairs. The pair that drops the ring into the water fewer times than the others wins.

Rules: catch only your ring.

Methodical instructions. It is advisable to use a ring of a different color for each couple. During the game, you need to introduce throwing and catching rings with both your right and left hands.

Section 2

Frisky ball

Task: promote mastery of a long, gradual exit.

Description: The players stand in one line at arm's length from each other. Everyone has a ball or tennis ball, children place it on the surface of the water in line with their mouth. When exhaling, blow on it, trying to drive it as far away from you as possible, inhaling and exhaling repeatedly. At the teacher’s command, everyone remains in their place and stops blowing on the ball. It turns out whose ball floated the farthest - this is the “fastest ball”. Game continues.

Rules: You can’t interfere with each other or blow on someone else’s ball.

Methodical instructions. At first, you can play the game without moving behind the ball. In this case, only one exhalation is made each time.

Water pump

Target: promote mastery of exhalation into water.

Brave guys

Target: teach children to immerse their face in the water, hold their breath, and open their eyes in the water.

Children stand in a circle, holding hands, and say in chorus:

We are brave guysThey give up and everything is in place

Brave, skillful, immersed in water with open

If we want, with our eyes.

Let's look into the water

Lumberjack in the water

Target: practice immersion in water while holding your breath.

Section 3

Hunters and ducks

Task: practice immersing your head in water.

Description: two hunters are selected. The rest of the children are ducks. The hunters stand on both sides of the pool, each of them has a ball. Ducks swim in different directions around the pool. At the signal “Hunters!” The ducks must dive into the water to prevent hunters from hitting them with balls. If one of the children did not have time to hide and is hit with a ball, he must leave the game for a while.

Rules: Hunters should not throw the ball at children's heads. Start throwing the ball only at the signal “Hunters!” and don't move from your spot.

Methodical instructions. The hunters change after each of them hits a certain number of ducks with the ball.

Box

Target: Practice holding your breath underwater.

Round dance

Target: teach children to dive headfirst into water.

Progress of the game: 1. The players, holding hands, form a circle. Moving slowly in a circle, they say in unison:

We're going, we're going,

We conduct a round dance,

Let's count to five.

Well, try to find us!

After which the round dance stops, the children count to five in unison and release their hands. When counting “five”, everyone simultaneously plunges headlong into the water, after which they straighten up, the game continues, the children move in the other direction.

2. Two circles are organized. Inner circle – arms raised up, outer circle – arms down. The outer circle swings with its arms, the inner circle sinks under the water, then vice versa. In the inner circle, children take hold of the waist and walk in one direction; in the outer circle, in the other. Internal – arms up, rotation with arms, external – “star” on the chest. External - they make a gate, internal - they swim through them like an arrow, swim to the corners of the pool with a spinner, external - “Star” on their back, swim on their back to the corners of the pool.

Pike

Target: teach children to boldly dive into water, as well as master immersion in water with their heads.

Progress of the game: Children walk or run along the bottom of the pool in arbitrary directions, helping themselves with their hands, pretending to be fish. The pike stands with its back to the pool on the shore or in the corner of the pool. At the signal “The pike is swimming!” the children stop and plunge into the water up to their chins. Pike – the “driver” carefully monitors the completion of the task. The pike takes the fish that did the task incorrectly back to itself. Once caught, it becomes a pike. The game is repeated 3-4 times. Every time another pike swims out after the fish.

Fishing rod

Game objective: Exercise children in immersing their heads in water.

Description: children form a circle, standing at arm's length from each other, turning to face the center. The teacher stands in the center. He holds a rope in his hands, with an inflatable toy attached to the end of it. The length of the rope is equal to the radius of the circle. The teacher rotates the rope so that the toy moves in a circle at a height of 10-30 cm above the water. Children should avoid touching the toy by diving underwater when it approaches.

Rules: You can’t hide before the toy approaches.

Methodical instructions.First, you should rotate the rope with the toy slightly above the children's heads. When children learn to safely dive into water, the height can be reduced.

Ducks - diving

Game objective: Help children master an unsupported position in the water.

Description: Children randomly position themselves along the bottom of the pool, pretending to be ducks. At a signal, they lean forward, trying to dive for food and grab the bottom. At the same time, both legs bent at the knees are raised - “showing the tail.”

Rules: The duck that can “show its tail” more times will be more dexterous.

Methodical instructions. In order to make it easier for children to complete the task, it is advisable to invite them to lower their heads (pull their chin to their chest).

Section 4

Seals

Target: Practice sliding with your head in the water.

Torpedo (option 1)

The players are divided into two teams. Two participants from different teams lie with their backs on the water opposite each other, hold hands and rest their feet. Then, releasing their hands, they quickly press them to their body (or throw them up) and at the same moment, pushing off strongly with their legs, they slide through the water. The winner is the one who performed the exercise correctly and slid further through the water than the rest.

Torpedo (option 2)

The game involves two teams. Each player, scooping the water under himself with his hands, freely swims feet first, trying to touch the player of the other team with his feet. The torpedoed participant is eliminated from the game, which continues until all players on one team are out of action.

Torpedo (option 3)

Children line up with their backs to the side, arms up, one leg rests against the side under water; take a deep breath, lie with your back on the water, at the same time push off with your foot and slide to the opposite side.

Divers

A game for those who love to dive and swim underwater. Participants line up at the side, and the teacher throws several (according to the number of players) plastic plates or rubber washers to the bottom of the pool. At his signal, divers dive and try to collect as many items as possible. This is given 30-40 seconds. Whichever child completes this task is the winner. Team diving competitions can be tripled.

Divers

Goal: to teach you to boldly open your eyes in the water and look at objects underwater.

Progress of the game: children stand at the edge on one side of the pool. The teacher scatters rubber sinking toys and plastic plates along the bottom of the pool. At a signal, divers dive into the water and try to collect as many items as possible.

Floating arrows.

Game objectives : establishing a streamlined body position, the ability to stretch forward while maintaining balance; training in footwork techniques using the front crawl method.

Game description: The players line up in one line and, at the teacher’s signal, perform an exercise - sliding, first without the help of their legs, then with movements of their legs, as in the crawl. The one who slips further wins.

Guidelines:sliding on the chest is performed with arms extended forward; leg movement - from the hip. The exercise can also be performed lying on your back.

Submarines

Game objective: improve the ability to maintain balance while sliding in water.

Description: children depict submarines of various designs. They stand waist-deep in water along one side of the pool; crouching slightly, push off from the bottom and slide forward, joining your legs and taking the established position of your arms. The following positions are taken in turn: 1. Arms at the top, hands connected, 2. Arms along the body, 3. One arm at the top, the other extended down along the body, 4. Hands laid behind the back, 5. One arm at the top, the other behind the back, 6. Hands on the back of the head, 7. One hand is raised up, the other on the back of the head, 8. One hand is laid behind the back (on the belt), the other on the back of the head. Children compare which submarine design is better and determine which boat glides smoother and further.

Methodical instructions.Make sure that children do not spread their legs and keep them together. If the “boat” capsizes on its side (“accident”), it is advisable to invite the child to try sliding on its side (on the right and left).

Section 5

Whose team is most likely to assemble

Task: to train children in different swimming methods, to teach them to navigate in an unusual environment.

Description: children are divided into 3-4 groups with the same number of players. Each group lines up in a column at the corners of the pool. At a signal, children disperse throughout the pool and perform various exercises as they wish. When the whistle blows, children must quickly swim in any way to their place and form a column. The teacher notes whose team will assemble faster.

Rules: When performing exercises, you need to move further from the place where the link is collected. When swimming, do not bump into each other.

Methodical instructions. The places where the links are built can be indicated with colored flags placed on the side of the pool. To complicate the game, you can swap flags and balls.

Ball race

The players get into pairs and pick up a ball. When given a signal, they swim and chase balls in front of them. The swimmer who swims the fastest distance without losing the ball wins. The exercise can be performed in teams. The team that loses fewer goals wins.

Find yourself a match

Game objective: to teach children to navigate in unusual conditions, to practice walking in pairs.

Description: children walk around the pool in different directions. At the signal “Find yourself a mate!” they get into pairs (with whomever they want), hold hands and walk in pairs.

Rules: children choose a couple of their own choosing. You can't pull or push each other.

Methodical instructions.Don't rush to give signals. Give the children the opportunity to become pairs themselves. Provide them with assistance if necessary. When repeating the game, children can be given colored plastic balls. At the signal “Find yourself a mate!” Children with balls of the same color become pairs. Then, at a signal, they scatter again. While running, the balls must be kept raised up.

Leapfrog

Option 1 . The participants, bending slightly, line up in a column one at a time at a distance of 2 m from each other. The last one in the column jumps over everyone in front.

Option 2 . The person standing last in the column jumps over the person in front and dives under the wide-spaced legs of the other.

Dive into the hoop.

Game objective: teach to dive into water with opening your eyes and sliding.

Description: A hoop with weights is lowered vertically into the water. Children stand in a column one at a time and walk along the side hoop to the hoop. Having reached it, the children take turns diving into the water, passing through the hoop, emerging to the surface on the other side and moving on. When everyone passes through the hoop, the game repeats.

Rules: go after each other. You cannot bump into, grab, or drown each other.

Guidelines. The teacher monitors the correct completion of the task and encourages timid children.

Screw

Target: practice your ability to control your movements in the water.

How someone swims

Game objective: train children in different types of movement in water.

Description: children show how different animals move in water: crocodile, crayfish, crab, frog, penguin, seal, dolphin. Then, at the teacher’s signal, the children depict the named animals.

Crocodile – lie down on the water, rest your hands on the bottom, stretch out your legs; moving your hands along the bottom, move forward.

Cancer – Move backwards in the same position.

Crab – in the same position, move to the right and left.

Frog – from a crouching position, jump out of the water and squat again.

Penguin - move around the pool, swaying from side to side, pressing your arms to your body.

Dolphin – jump out of the water as high as possible from a crouching position.

Rules: carry out tasks at the teacher’s signal, do not disturb your friends.

Methodical instructions. The game can be played provided that all children know the methods of movement of different animals. At first, no more than three tasks should be given. Gradually the number of tasks can be increased.

Swimmers

Game objective: Exercise children in different swimming methods.

Description: children line up at the edge of the pool. At a signal (for example, “Crawl on the chest!”), children quickly swim to the opposite side of the pool. They return in the opposite direction by swimming in a different way (breaststroke or backstroke).

Rules: You need to complete the task when given a signal, avoid bumping into your comrades, and swim to the side.

Methodical instructions. Before playing the game, it is advisable to remind about the different swimming methods and even ask 1-2 children to show them so that everyone performs them correctly during the game. The game can also be played in the form of a relay race. Then the children are divided into 2-3 teams. The teacher gives the task to swim in one direction with front crawl, and back with breaststroke, or vice versa. Marks whose team will complete the task faster.

Swimming games will provide players with the opportunity at any convenient time to be transported to the beaches of the seas and oceans, plunging into the clearest blue water, swimming and diving with marine life on a fine summer day. In them you can feel like a scuba diver, wearing heavy special equipment, a diver with an oxygen cylinder, a vacationer, swimming with dolphins, or simply driving a boat or ship jumping on the waves.

In the depths of the sea you can find the most exciting adventures, meet extraordinary fish and fabulous mermaids, and coral reefs are fraught with many dangers, attracting with incredible beauty. Swimming games have been released to suit every taste; they will be interesting to play for both children and adults. Adults can find themselves in the pool where swimming championships are being held for various distances. Young players will meet their favorite cartoon characters, such as:

  • Gillom and Molly from the series "Guppies and Bubbles";
  • Johnny Test;
  • Characters from the series “Fishology”;
  • Lilo and Stitch.

All swimming games collected in the section are free, they do not provide the option of paying with real money. To start playing, users do not need to download versions of games to their personal computer; they launch in an online browser in a few seconds.

Swimming game genres

Swimming games differ not only in characters, but also in plots. In them you can go for untold riches from sunken ships, run away from predatory sharks with sharp teeth, or fight for the cleanliness of the environment by clearing the depths of the sea from debris.

In the game “Ocean Hero”, players, controlling a bathyscaphe, will have to play the role of rescuers in the depths of the sea. Each level is created as a quest where you need to complete a mission, find the key and free the scuba diver who got into trouble.

In other variants of the swimming game, divers and submarines, while swimming underwater, collect gems, their goal is not only to collect all the gold and jewelry on their way, but also to avoid colliding with stones, rocks and other dangerous objects. Players need to be very dexterous and attentive, since from level to level the terrain becomes more and more dangerous, and you will have to swim between them very carefully.

Sports competitions require an athlete to swim a certain distance in the shortest possible time; if users manage to set a speed record, they will be included in the leaderboards, where thousands of players compete in their skills.

In Richard's Flight, players will not only be able to swim, but also destroy scary, hungry deep-sea predators. Seeing the hero, they decided to bite him, but Richard had an underwater gun in his hands, so now he will have to defend himself from the monsters, shooting accurately at them, since his life depends on it.

Swimming games are created not only with characters who dive under water, in the section there are games where you need to skillfully control motor boats, guiding them along narrow river fairways and parking them near beautiful beaches.

Girls will love dressing up cute heroines from various cartoons in beach outfits so that they look like queens on the beautiful sandy beaches of various popular resorts. Even while diving and swimming you can be stylish and fashionable.

All swimming games are created in excellent quality, they have beautiful bright and colorful graphics, excellent music that will always cheer up the players and well-chosen sound effects that accompany every action during the game, sometimes they are very funny and make you smile.

Outdoor games for children on the water (in the pool)

Water games are an important means of versatile physical education. They contribute to the development of children’s physical and mental capabilities, foster their will, a sense of collectivism and camaraderie. Therefore, outdoor games in water are especially widely used when teaching children to swim.

Divers

The presenter lowers several clearly visible objects under water to the bottom. Players take turns diving, retrieving items from the bottom. The child who gets the most items at one time wins.

Who is faster?

Dwarfs-Giants

Children stand waist-deep in water. The presenter gives the signal by shouting the word “Giants”. Everyone sits in the water. At the “Dwarfs” signal, all players jump up. The one who makes a mistake is out of the water. The one who remains wins.

Fishermen

Three fishermen, holding hands and imitating a net, catch fish. A fish is considered caught when a circle is closed around it. The fish joins the ranks of fishermen.

Sea battle

Stand facing each other at a distance of one and a half to two steps, each player splashes water at their partner. The one who first starts wiping his face with his hands or turns his back to his partner loses.

The depth should be waist-deep.

Objective of the game: Teach children to lie down on the water.

The players enter the water up to their waists and, turning to face the shore, stand in a line at a distance of a step from one another. At the instructor’s command, the players take a breath, push off forcefully with their feet from the bottom and, stretching their arms forward, “slide” through the water to the shore. The one who slides further wins.

Get into the circle

The presenter throws an inflatable ring into the water. Children are standing on the shore.

They have small balls in their hands. Players take turns throwing them into the center of the circle, while continuing to stand on the shore. Each player has 2-3 attempts. The one who hits the target the most wins.

Boat race

To play you need 4 swimming boards. For example, two teams line up in front of each other, each with 5 boys and 5 girls. Boys are on one side of the path, girls are on the other. At the signal, 2 people from the team (a boy and a girl) simultaneously begin swimming with the board forward. Their task is to meet somewhere halfway and, after exchanging boards, continue moving forward. Near the opposite side (touching it with the board), the players pass the boards to the second numbers, and they themselves leave the water. The last numbers in the columns complete the relay. The team that finishes the race first wins.

Swimming relay

10 - 15 m from the shore, 2 flags are installed on floating buoys (a stone lowered on a rope, to the other end of which a cross with a flag is tied) at a distance of 1-2 m from one another. Teams line up in columns, one at a time, near the water itself, each team against its flag. At the leader’s signal, the first numbers of each team enter the water and swim as quickly as possible to their flag; after touching the flag, they return to their team. The next participant in the relay begins his stage after his friend touches his hand. The team whose swimmers complete all stages first wins.

Threesome swimming

The first and third swimmers swim on their chest, and the middle one, lightly leaning his hands on the back of the first, puts his legs on the shoulders of the third. This way you can transport a tired comrade in the water. The one who reaches the goal first wins.

Pair swimming

One of the players swims on his chest using his hands, the other, holding his outstretched legs, swims with the help of only his legs. A speed swimming competition can be held between several pairs.

Get the ball into the water

Two teams participate, which sit on the shore or on the sides of the pool facing the water. The first numbers have medium-sized rubber balls in their hands. At the leader’s signal, they throw them forward, and then jump into the water and swim towards the balls. But not to your own ball, but to the ball that the opponent threw. Having reached the ball, the player swims with it (leading it in front of him) to the place where the teams are lined up and passes it into the hands of the second number. The first one to arrive gets one point for his team. Thus, to win, you must not only swim well, but also throw the ball far. The team with the most points wins.

Horsemen fight

Chest deep.

2 teams of boys take part in the game. In each team, half of the players are “horses”, the other half are “riders”. The “riders” climb onto the “horses” and sit on their shoulders. At the leader’s signal, both teams approach each other and begin the “battle.” Each “rider” tries to drag his opponent into the water. At the height of the battle, the leader gives a second signal and the fight stops. The team with the most “riders” remaining on the “horse” wins.

Kayaks

Two swimmers lie on their backs. One wraps his legs around his friend’s torso. In this position, they swim on their backs, alternately working with their arms (as in backstroke); the one floating behind also works with his legs. You can hold a competition between two or three of these “kayaks”.

Who is faster?

At the first signal, run into the water, and at the second, run out of the water. The first one to reach the shore wins.

Ball race

Teams of 6-8 people each, with their feet apart, stand in a column one at a time at a distance of 3 m from each other. The distance between players in teams is about 1 m. Each team has its own ball, which is located in front of those standing in the columns. At the leader’s signal, the players, bending down (head and shoulders in the water, pass the ball between their legs to those standing behind, who pass it further in the same way. When the ball reaches the end of the column, it is passed over their head: each player, bending down, receives the ball from the person standing behind and passes it to the player standing in front. The director, having received the ball, passes it back between his legs again. The team that finishes passing the ball the fastest number of times wins. The player who dropped the ball must take possession of it and continue passing.

Water fight

To play, you need swimming boards or rubber circles according to the number of players. Two teams participate, which differ in the color of the caps on their heads. First, five boys compete, then girls. Before the start of the fights, players on different sides of the pond take a lying or sitting position on the boards. At the signal, the players move closer together, raking with their hands. Swimming up to each other, everyone tries to seize the moment and with a deft movement drags their opponent into the water. However, if you miss, it is not difficult to lose your balance and end up in the water. Whoever suffers such a fate is eliminated from the fight. The winner is the five players who, by the end of the battle on the water, will have more of their participants on the boards. The game can be played either for a time (5-8 minutes) or until one of the teams wins completely.

Dolphins

Plastic hoops are tied together to form a path. Near each such track of 6-10 hoops, the players line up in columns. At the signal, the first in the column dives under the first hoop, and overcomes the other hoop from above. Thus, either diving or sliding along the surface, the player overcomes the entire path. Having reached the opposite side, the player lifts up the flag lying there. This is the signal for the second player to start moving forward. The leader and his assistants ensure that the path is crossed correctly. If a player dives between two hoops without appearing on the surface, the team is awarded a penalty point. A team wins if it finishes the game first with the fewest errors.

Water blind man's buff

These blind man's buffs are unusual not only because they are played in water - everyone is blindfolded, except one. Or rather, they are not tied, but covered with bathing caps. And one, armed with a bell, teases the catchers. Immediately two from different sides moved towards the sound, but the sly one quickly swam away, stepped aside, and they grabbed not him, but each other. The one who managed to catch the caller gives him his cap, through which nothing can be seen, and receives his bell.

Seine

This game is worth playing when there are more people gathered. They counted - it fell to someone to lead: try to grease those running away, swimming away, dodging from him, diving (you can’t grease under water). But he won’t have to drive alone for long: the one he hit also begins to catch others along with him. There are more and more catchers. Now there are five of them - now they must not just piss off everyone remaining, but take him into the ring. But he can be saved if he dives under the hands of the drivers. And then the two who lowered him come out of the water onto the shore. The net fell apart. The game continues as long as there is someone to catch. The one who lasted the longest is well done.

Play with your children!

The swimming game section opens up many opportunities to spend time excitedly, fun and usefully. Let your imagination take you to distant shores on mighty ships, which, of course, you will control. Become a pirate and go in search of adventure, treasure and the opportunity to show your courage. Fight sharks, huge whales, other ships and even mermaids who carry sailors to the bottom with their singing. Once underwater, admire the colorful, unusual landscapes and take some stunning photographs of unusual representatives of the underwater world to sell to a magazine. While swimming with a spacesuit, stay here longer and take a good look at everything. Looking into the grottoes, you will find long-sunk ships. Many ships were shipwrecked, taking with them untold treasures to the bottom. What secrets are they ready to reveal to the world? Study them carefully and make an incredible discovery. Nature itself is also rich in surprises, and who knows, perhaps you will be lucky enough to find a sea shell containing a rare pearl. But, carried away by the contemplation of beauty, do not forget about the danger. Sharks, rays and other predators prowl around to catch their prey. These fish are real killer machines, and once you get into their teeth, there is no chance of escaping. If you arm yourself with a harpoon, you can start a real hunt for them or shoot other prey. You can also become Captain Nemo himself, sail on his famous Nautilus through the endless expanses of the depths, fight pirates and poachers, uncover their conspiracy and resist ancient magic. Surf lovers will have access to the best ocean beaches, where the waves rise high and attract surfers. Choose a board and join the brave young people who cannot live without active recreation. Cute girls put on their best swimsuits and pose for photographers while sliding to get on the cover of a fashion magazine, and cartoon characters fool around to amuse you. Even in the pool it will be interesting, learning new diving boards, styles and figures of synchronized artistic swimming under the guidance of a coach. Choose a lane and jump into the water with the “start” command to begin the swim competition. When diving, hold your breath, and when raising your head above the surface of the water, take in a new portion of air. Conquering heights is also not a problem if these are swimming games. But don’t rush to apply the learned tricks in real life. When jumping from a tree or bridge into the water, you can stumble upon an object lying at the bottom. Even if it wasn’t there yesterday, over the past 24 hours a stone could have fallen from a cliff, a load could have fallen out of a truck, or someone could have thrown a large object there. The girls will certainly follow the mermaids to get to know their world better, take part in swimming competitions, save their friends, study the sunken things of the human world, and arrange their rooms. These magical creatures know where the real riches lie and if you follow them, you will definitely find a lot of pearls, gems, corals, unique starfish and ride sea horses. You can become a small fish and try to survive among fellow predators. As you grow older, you will gradually begin to turn into one of them, and you will also instill fear in the fry. Swimming with dolphins in the sea or pool is a very interesting idea. These mammals love to communicate, and you will easily find a common language. Just don’t swim too far to save your strength to return to shore.

Many of us associate the pool with swimming and water aerobics, but in fact it also includes a lot of games that are not only fun, but also good for your health!
1. Divers

The presenter scatters several objects (for example, tablespoons) along the bottom of the pool. Players take turns diving, retrieving items from the bottom. The one who gets the most items at once wins.

2. Water American football

Players from two teams enter the water and line up at opposite sides of the pool facing the middle. The side is for them in the game the line of the house that they defend. The ball is put into play in the middle of the pool. The team that owns the ball begins to throw it among themselves, trying not to give it to the opponent. The task is to approach the opponent's house and touch the side of the pool with the ball (you cannot throw the ball into the house). Whichever team does this more times wins.

3. Pairs swimming relay

One of the players swims on his chest, working with his hands, the other, holding on to his outstretched legs, swims with the help of only his legs. Speed swimming competitions can be held between several pairs.

4. Fishermen and fish

Three or four participants (“fishermen”), holding hands, move through the pool, trying to surround (“catch in a net”) the fleeing “fish.” The caught “fish” becomes a “fisherman”. The game ends when all the fish are caught, and the last one is considered the most agile. At the same time, you cannot catch “fish” with a “torn” net (tear your hands). If the “fish” plunges headlong into the water or dives during the pursuit, then it is considered uncaught.

5. Basketball on the water

The inflatable circle acts as a basketball hoop; you need to hit it with the ball. You can try to hit the ball from the side of the pool or from the water. In this case, the person holding the circle can either help get the ball into the circle by moving the circle itself, or hold it statically, only giving the ball back to the throwers. Those who hit the circle with the ball the most times win.

6. Rider fight

2 teams take part in the game. The team consists of a “horse” (usually a man) and a rider (usually a woman). The riders climb onto the “horses” and sit on their shoulders. The team's task is to knock the enemy rider into the water. For the safety of the battle, riders can use large inflatable balls. The team whose “rider” stays on the “horse” wins.

7. Seals

For this game you will need an inflatable ring. The players' task is to dive so that the circle ends up on the head of the person who dived. To make the game dynamic, each time the distance to the circle from the player can be increased further, after each successful attempt. The player who completes all the diving distances in the least number of attempts wins.

8. Badminton on the water

If you love playing badminton, you should definitely try it in the water. The shuttlecock does not get wet in the water, but the number of somersaults that you can make on the water, reflecting a blow, increases significantly. You can perform carcolom jumps without fear of hurting yourself.

9. Ball Collectors

For this game you will need many small balls (balls) of two different colors that float on the water, as well as two containers where you can put them. The task of the game participants is to collect balls of their color into their container before the opponent does.

10. Ball race

This is a water relay race. The players are divided into 2 teams, each has a ball. The teams line up. The task is for the player in front to pass the ball between his legs to the one behind him, completely immersing himself in the water with his head. The next player must do the same, and so on. The last player passes the ball over his head to the one in front and so the ball must reach the first player. The winner is the team that has completed this procedure a predetermined number of times.
